The one big rule you must adhere to is never to pay out any cash to join a site. These ‘pay to enter’ sites usually advertize the biggest payments per survey to get you to join – but they don’t materialize. Don’t fall for them.

Don’t just do a general search for survey sites though – search on forums, Yahoo Answers and similar sites to see what other people have used and found to be worthwhile. Remember that some sites will only accept people in certain countries, but if you make a list of possible websites you can then visit them and see what you think yourself.

Some sites pay in different ways as well. Some will pay in vouchers or points which can then be exchanged for goods. Others pay in cash. Either can be worthwhile depending on what you want to get out of it.

Very often the best way to get the best paid surveys is to join more than one site. You will never make a lot of money from one alone. But by joining several you stand a better chance of picking up lots of different surveys, since different sites will have access to different ones.

You can find most of the sites around today by Googling ‘paid surveys’. But don’t be in a rush to join – always read through the information they give you and be sure to read the terms and conditions and the small print before you join.

The main rule to remember is that it isn’t easy to find the best paid surveys – but it isn’t impossible. Some people will give a site a glowing review, only to reveal a referral code that pays them money if you join. Always be careful and make sure you keep your eyes wide open.
